B2B Marketing for Growing Businesses.
I help SMEs and small marketing teams reach their business goals with clear, purposeful marketing.
In English, Spanish or both.
¡Hola! I’m Gemma.
I'm Gemma Garcia Gamble, founder of Tiny Team Marketing.
I've spent 5 years running marketing inside B2B companies, across SaaS and recruitment, with businesses operating internationally. I've built strategies from scratch, set up CRM and automation systems, run campaigns across multiple markets, and kept marketing connected to business goals.
I set up Tiny Team Marketing to work directly with businesses that need senior marketing thinking and the execution to back it up. I take ownership, bring in the right specialists when the work calls for it and work with a small number of clients at a time so I can stay close to each business.

Not sure where to start?
Most of the businesses I work with don't arrive with a neat brief. They know something isn't working or they know they need to build something properly, but they're not sure where to begin. That's a reasonable place to start a conversation.
Fill in the form and I'll be in touch to arrange a free 30-minute call.

Frequently Asked Questions.
-
Not at all. Some of my clients only operate in one language and that's completely fine. The bilingual side is there for businesses that need it, it's not a requirement.
-
I hear this a lot. The most common complaints are vague deliverables, too much jargon, and feeling like a small fish in a big agency pond. I work with a small number of clients at a time, I ask a lot of questions before I recommend anything, and I won't suggest something unless I can explain clearly why it makes sense for your business.
-
That depends on what we're working on and what you prefer. Some clients want to hand things over and check in occasionally. Others want to be more involved in the detail. I'm comfortable either way. We'll agree on how we work together at the start so there are no surprises.
-
You don't need to have the answers before we speak, that's what the initial conversation is for. Lots of the businesses I work with have never had a proper marketing setup, and that's absolutely fine. We start from where you are, not from where you think you should be.
-
That's fine. Not every engagement needs to be long-term. If you have a specific project, campaign, or problem you need help with, we can work on that and nothing more.
